It was nice, but the fabric made it to where an underlay was needed to not alide off the table. Also, oil stained it even tried shout and dawn to get it out, nope.

I just received this and don't know about stain resistance , easy to clean , but can say it arrived a day early and put it on my 8 ft table and it just fits. I'd like a little more overhang, but it serves its purpose. Great buy.

I bought this for a table I have near a big window where water can easily go in when it rains. So far so good! Color is accurate, the material seems like a good quality, and it really is water repellant. Do recommend!
