    Description

These three-layered curtains will fulfill all your needs: 100% blackout blocks the light and UV rays, excellent sound deadening. Heat insulation keeps warm air from leaving or entering your windows, helps you keep your temperature constant without relying as heavily on the thermostat, lesser the use of air conditioner, and save electricity.

Triple-layer curtains are the choice for all situations. They are designed to keep cold air out and warm air in and dampen outdoor noise, creating a more peaceful environment inside your home. Triple-layer curtains also do a great job of filtering out light. They are composed of two layers of blackout cloth, one lining layer, the default option is the same color on both sides.

I bought these in Grey and am very pleased. Nice weight and nice material for the price. These are great at blocking out light. I have overslept a couple times because when I roll over, it is still dark, so I think it is not yet morning! On work days, I leave them open a bit to remind me that it is daylight. They help with energy saving by keeping out any drafts. Highly satisfied.

Great drapes. Well made and the color fits exactly what I had in mind. I think it is worth buying. I do need to iron out all the wrinkles, but that's a minor thing.

I got these in the cappuccino color. It's exactly that color. They are velvety soft with a black backing. I loses them out the very next day when the sun was shining the most. When they say black out it's a blackout. I got the one that are 95 inches long and they look great!!!!

These are really nice curtains, and I've been able to sleep during the day so much better. In AZ during the summer/fall months we have a crap load of sunshine so it's light out for a long part of the day, and these make my bedroom super dark. I only wish the color of the grommets were not silver as I ordered a bronze-colored curtain rod so that part of the curtains really stands out, but that's on me for not paying attention.

Truly life changing sound barrier curtains!!! They definitely help with the quality of sleep, quietness, and solace for me and my whole family. The sound isolation is incredible! There was so much noise pollution around with constant main road traffic, pool/deck construction and chainsaws next door, water main construction on the main road with giant trucks/bulldozers and jackhammers, multiple lawn mowers, outdoor concert noise, birds constantly chirping, and weekly Brazilian parties. Especially with people coming out of the woodworks after the pandemic with the noisiest, most annoying things on the planet all at once. These curtains truly dampened ALL that noise to a distance or to completely nothing. Almost all of it gone. Our sleep at night has dramatically improved and deepened. Best in our lives and finally feeling fully rested. I used to wear sleep masks daily for years but haven't needed to since I got these. Completely pitch black as seen in my photos. It feels like we're in a luxury hotel resort. That's how good they are. Keeps the room cool during summer nights as well. I installed these in my master bedroom and my older daughter's room so far. Will get more for my son's room and downstairs later on.I've noticed a lot of people complain that they don't provide any sound proofing or blackout at all but what I'm realizing is that they are NOT installing these properly. Did A LOT of research on this. The rule is that the curtain width should be 2.5x the window width. i.e. My windows are 44" wide and 2 panels together are 104". The 2.5x rule is good because you have a nice amount of wave folds/S folds to absorb more sounds. But if the curtains were closed flat, not isolating much at all (I suggest more panels than doubling up so you get the same amount of waviness as seen in my last photo with the curtains closed and door open). I purchased 6x 84" curtains so they can be mounted 6-9" ABOVE the window and 12-20" BELOW the window, plus 5-6" WIDER than EACH side of the window. That way it blocks more sound waves and provides full coverage PAST the edges of the window. Had you installed edge to edge from top to bottom and side to side matching the same height and width of your windows, there's no coverage and obviously there will be sound leakage through the sides and light will pass through. (Duh?) The ones in my daughter's room are mounted only 6" higher and I still notice a difference when mounted higher at 9". Above, below, and wider REALLY matter.I originally bought 2x 63" to save money but ultimately decided to return them bc my windows were only 55" tall. So there clearly wouldn't be enough coverage at the bottom. I re-bought all matching 84" so they were all full length. I could have probably went for the 95" full ceiling to floor coverage but 84" still works. These triple layer sound barrier 100% blackout curtains are perfect. I tried Nicetown's Dust Isolate Non-Oily Particle Quadra layer curtains and the sound isolation was 3-4 decibels higher than these. Not as good sound wise. Most likely bc when Nicetown fused the 2 inner layers together, the tiny holes don't block sound as well as these curtains with the solid felt layer in the middle. So I had to return those too for these bc lower decibels matter more to me than the breathing protection filter feature. Now I'm super happy and at peace. Truly up-leveling life with these curtains!

These do darken the room with no light shining through the fabric. He seemed to have a bigger role than I expected, and I'm glad I chose it, even though I've picked a lot, it's what I wanted.

These do darken the room with no light shining through the fabric. He seemed to have a bigger role than I expected, and I'm glad I chose it, even though I've picked a lot, it's what I wanted.

looks great! These curtains look great. I got white, 2 sets, so 4 panels in total. My ceiling was 8 feet before I started vaulting, so I ordered the 90° long. They are perfect! As you can see from the pictures, they do a great job of blocking light. It's 10:30 AM and the photo is in direct sunlight. highly recommended!

Great color and blackout feature. We bought few of those. I like the color a lot and it makes the room nice and dark when you need it. Also, the temperature of the room is much cooler during the day because of the curtains.

Blacks out light except by the rings.Completely blacks out light except where the grommets are at the top. Not a deal breaker because it lets me know if I've overslept by seeing a slight bit of light at the top when the sun comes up. The pic shows no wrinkles but they are there (it's a secret between me, my husband and the house cleaner;)

Bought these for a kids room over a year ago because bedtime is always noisy in the summer - "but the sun isn't out yet!" :( ¡. The room wasn't dark enough to sleep in. The colors are just right and they are perfect! Once hung and steamed, they are great. Bought extra sets for the other bedrooms and finally pulled the trigger on the master bedroom - our SE window wall with white blinds absolutely glows in the morning. There is no such thing as sleep or naps. The husband hung up less than 30 minutes. The steamer was running fast and everything was dark and quiet. My only regret is that I didn't make it sooner! ! The reason is, go through a professional curtain establishment to price your curtains and expect to pay 10x (yes - 10x!) of those costs for the amount of curtains you need to get this look, and there's no guarantee of blackout or insulation as these. No rush to pay thousands for curtains - now I never will :) My only warning - power outage/sound And temperature insulation, they are not skimpy curtains. Def is on the heavier side. Don't expect flimsy rods or anything that doesn't have wall anchors/hangs on studs to last long if you open/close a lot, especially with longer styles.

Good quality and DARK!I ordered these curtains in an attempt to make my room is dark as possible to help me sleep. These curtains are great but unfortunately they haven¡¯t helped my sleep! I had other old ¡°blackout¡± panels up that had a plastic backing that were stiff and ugly and I didn¡¯t realize how little light they were blocking. These are soft and hang well and look great. I ordered two sets of the gray and they both match in color. I can¡¯t speak the lengths because I ordered them long to pool on the floor. I like them so much I ordered another set of black to put in my den to help with watching TV during the day. They also look great. I posted before and after pictures and unfortunately my phone takes such good low light pictures you can¡¯t tell how dark the room really is but I promise they block all the light! I didn¡¯t bother with washing or ironing or steaming. They are wrinkled but you can¡¯t really tell.

I live right next to a noisy highway in midtown Manhattan - loud angry honking all hours of the night, headlights right in my window, etc. these curtains block out all light. They dampen the noise of engines revving, but don't block out honking or louder sounds. But they do a good enough job that my sleep has been 10x better. Really happy with them.

They dampen reverb really, really well. Almost too well. I actually ended up removing a set (because I doubted how well they would work at sound blocking and damping) in my theater room because with too many wrinkles, it actually sucked up all of the echo and reverb and sounded kinda flat. Easy to overdo it with these because they work so well, but I would say still go with around 1.5x-2x the advertised width to accomplish room treatment and around 2x-2.5x the width (with deep folds for max diffusion) advertised to block the maximum amount of sound. Bought a set of really expensive ($4500) theater curtains and the difference was pretty negligible for being 8x the cost so I returned the spendy ones. If you stretch these flat they don't block much noise or dampen like crazy, but they actually work pretty well as room treatment so there's tons of applications. These things rock, I'm stoked about them.

My skin care studio is on a busy corner. I used a double curtain rod to enable 2 rows of these curtains and it has significantly reduced the street noise. When I have music playing at a low volume, the street noise is imperceptible. Even with only the first set hung, the noise was much lower.Due to limitations with the drop ceiling, I wasn't able to hang these as high as I intended. The only light coming in is from the small windows at the ceiling line, which makes for nice ambient light anyway. These curtains are thick and heavy, so invest in a curtain rod that will hold them. Not only is there thick felt in the middle, the curtain and backing fabrics are also very thick and dense.I am extremely happy with this product.

I'm sure if you ran an iron over these, they would be fine. No one sees these but me.I am surprised that these actually worked. They are thicker than the ones that are marketed as black out. These have a thicker piece of felt material sewed into the blanket.I didn't get these to block out the sun. The cheaper ones actually are good enough to do that. I bought these to keep out the sounds. They muffle the road noises that were bothering me. They didn't get rid of the noises, but dampened them so they aren't so irritating anymore.

Nicetown curtains These curtains are excellent so far of having these up for a few weeks now. The light blocking is excellent, and while not as good as custom made noise blocking curtains as stated for certain frequencies, these do a great job of blocking out ambient sounds. The back side of the curtains color is super close to white in color for the White color pack, so if you live in a building with curtain color requirements of having to be white from the outside - these do the trick!

No wrinkle after wash, nice quality. The curtain is kind of heavy than the normal one because it comes with felt fabric liner. It suppose to absorbe sound is 2.5 times higher than the ordinary curtains, but be honest, I don't feel much about it. I don't have a sound measurement device, but I live in a new community and there are always construction going on. I don't have a strong feeling that this liner block the noise when I close it. I took out the felt liner and wash the curtain itself. Suprisingly, the folding lines/wrinkles are gone , and the 'blackout' function is still good (photos is hard to show since the camera adjust the light itself). The weight of the curtain is lighter as well. In general, I like this curtain.

    3. Compared to targets home essential brand. These are Awsome you get 2 for the price of one and they are a way nicer material plus they seem to black out more light if you go with dark colors. I ordered 10 of these and put 6 on a 120 inch window an they seem to look an work great compared to my old blinds. Happy customer. Would buy again

    6. These are really nice curtains, and I’ve been able to sleep during the day so much better. In AZ during the summer/fall months we have a crap load of sunshine so it’s light out for a long part of the day, and these make my bedroom super dark. I only wish the color of the grommets were not silver as I ordered a bronze-colored curtain rod so that part of the curtains really stands out, but that’s on me for not paying attention.

    7. I used to wear sleep masks daily for years but haven’t needed to since I got these. Completely pitch black as seen in my photos. It feels like we’re in a luxury hotel resort. That’s how good they are. Keeps the room cool during summer nights as well. I installed these in my master bedroom and my older daughter’s room so far. Will get more for my son’s room and downstairs later on.

I’ve noticed a lot of people complain that they don’t provide any sound proofing or blackout at all but what I’m realizing is that they are NOT installing these properly. Did A LOT of research on this. The rule is that the curtain width should be 2.5x the window width. i.e. My windows are 44″ wide and 2 panels together are 104″. The 2.5x rule is good because you have a nice amount of wave folds/S folds to absorb more sounds. But if the curtains were closed flat, not isolating much at all (I suggest more panels than doubling up so you get the same amount of waviness as seen in my last photo with the curtains closed and door open). I purchased 6x 84″ curtains so they can be mounted 6-9″ ABOVE the window and 12-20″ BELOW the window, plus 5-6″ WIDER than EACH side of the window. That way it blocks more sound waves and provides full coverage PAST the edges of the window. Had you installed edge to edge from top to bottom and side to side matching the same height and width of your windows, there’s no coverage and obviously there will be sound leakage through the sides and light will pass through. (Duh?) The ones in my daughter’s room are mounted only 6″ higher and I still notice a difference when mounted higher at 9″. Above, below, and wider REALLY matter.

I originally bought 2x 63″ to save money but ultimately decided to return them bc my windows were only 55″ tall. So there clearly wouldn’t be enough coverage at the bottom. I re-bought all matching 84″ so they were all full length. I could have probably went for the 95″ full ceiling to floor coverage but 84″ still works. These triple layer sound barrier 100% blackout curtains are perfect. I tried Nicetown’s Dust Isolate Non-Oily Particle Quadra layer curtains and the sound isolation was 3-4 decibels higher than these. Not as good sound wise. Most likely bc when Nicetown fused the 2 inner layers together, the tiny holes don’t block sound as well as these curtains with the solid felt layer in the middle. So I had to return those too for these bc lower decibels matter more to me than the breathing protection filter feature. Now I’m super happy and at peace. Truly up-leveling life with these curtains!
