    Description

These four-layered curtains are the best problem solved: 100% blackout, soundproof, heat insulation, and dust absorbing. Allow the dust to settle down on the curtain by preventing them from entering your house. They will not get folded easily, and they last long by resisting strict conditions.

Dust is a considerable problem anytime. Dirty places, primary work locations, need cleaning supplies and the workforce to clean surfaces all the time. Trying to maintain cleanliness is expensive and complicated. Our industrial curtains are removable, practical barriers that help control dust and fumes. They can reduce workplace noises and be adjusted or reinstalled to work around interior and exterior projects. They are composed of two layers of blackout cloth and two lining layers. One of the blackout clothes is always grayish white.

Far from noise reduction, but good at blackout and insulation. I love being in a very noisy neighborhood in downtown Honolulu with people driving loud vehicles, bombing fireworks no matter the occasion, roosters crowing at any given time of the day, maybe twice a month military helicopters flying at night Pass. I'm a light sleeper and have to close the windows to be quiet, hoping these curtains will let in fresh air from time to time, but for me they're pretty ineffective at noise reduction. They have better noise reduction than my previous curtains, but only a tad¡ªthe crickets in the bedroom are noticeably softer than in the living room with the sliding doors open. But I give the overall product 5 stars because they block out very well and block a lot of solar radiation from our east-facing unit. The insulation is actually surprising as mine is navy blue I think the dark colour might trap the heat but no, I think the layering is enough to keep the heat out. But I also have to say that my wife loves the looks and so do I, so point to the aesthetics. I purchased the pole (120-240 inches) and ceiling bracket from Nicetown. Use an electric hammer to drill the concrete ceiling and the plastic anchors that come with the brackets, so this project is budget friendly.

Great blackout curtains! So the doorway to our master bath has no door. We rent... so... I couldn't go about installing a door. I ordered a heavy duty springy curtain rod and ordered these curtains. I installed them as soon as they arrived. They do not let any light from the bathroom windows in at all! My husband gets up around 4am to go to work and I am usually woken up by the sounds he makes in the bathroom... peeing, washing teeth, etc... I wasn't wake up this morning till he came in to say he was leaving. Now, last night I couldn'd hear everything, much muted. So I gave it 5 stars because of that . Overall, I am happy with my order!

Noise cancellation works. Not too much but enough for me. I live on 10+ floor by the highway. I measured the noise with curtain open and closed respectively. It reduces the noise slightly£¬but enough for me to get a good-quality sleep. I feel that the price is a little bit expensive£¬but the material is good£¨I would not say the curtain is sheer£»it is thinner and lighter than I expected though. It has 3 layers and I expected it to be thick enough to absorb noise£© and the curtain is doing what I expect it to do£¬so I give it a 5 star.

Finally got good sleep in my new apartment I just moved and my place is near a highway so the cars always zipping by create a lot of white noise, but not the white noise I like. These will not CANCEL noise but they decrease it pretty well. Now the cars sound like they are far away. Make sure you get the correct size. I bought them long enough that the whole window is covered so noise wouldn't "leak" around it. I hung them around 1pm and then took a 2 hour nap that felt like a dream. If this is good during the day then I'm sure the night will be be great too!

I live near a highway and a sometimes busy road is at the end of my backyard. The road noise was so annoying! I thought I would have to move, seriously. After much research, I decided to try these. These drapes softened and muffled the noise. Noises also seem further away, not like standing on the edge of the highway as before. There are in a bedroom and there is a definite quietness compared to other bedrooms. It just feels quieter. They are very thick, heavy and almost suede like in feel. You will need a heavy rod. I think they look nice too. Definitely room darkening but light comes through the top at the grommets. A little steam iron took most of the wrinkles out. So glad I purchased these and would highly recommend!

Keeps out light.I love how dark this curtain is and it keeps out the light except on the sides. I think it would be nice if they put something on the sides to Blick out the light.

Just got them today. The material feels very nice and thick but what I would like to report is that the hues of the curtains are different between two packages. They do match within the package but between two packages. So it would work well if your window just needs two panels but if it needs more then buying from this company might not be the best idea if you care about the matching hues. This issue seems to be very common since other buys have reported this exact issue.
In addition, there is no washing instruction on them so I will see how well these curtains stand for washing.

      Update (4 stars – November 2022):

I’ve had these curtains for over a year. They’re okay — they’re holding up well. Good quality. What I like is that they do block a lot of sunlight so I can fall asleep. I value sleep a and I’m vitamin D deficient right now lmao (I always have the curtains drawn) so I’m taking a vitamin D supplement – which I guess shows that the curtains do work.

Sunlight was still coming in from the top, so I covered it with something to block the light. I have white and dark blue – dark blue blocks better. White walls are great for white, but the brightest part of where I live is where the white curtains are, and it’s not the best color for blackout since the light still gets through. For the most part, when I wake up, the darker colors work well to keep my spot nice and dark.

Also, if you’re concerned about your vitamin D levels, open the curtains. Vitamin D levels are said to return to normal within a few months with regular exposure, but don’t quote me. This is just what I’ve read and how long my supplements should last as prescribed by my doctor.

My previous review was that I purchased these curtains in a heat wave and needed something to help block the light and give my place some shade. I put parasols against the windows to help absorb or at least reflect heat. This works better than curtains, but curtains are a great backup. Fortunately, this year’s heat is more bearable – there’s no repeat of a horrific heatwave like 2020’s. For thermal protection or coping with heat, be sure to consider other options besides blackout curtains.

      First review (3 stars – July 2021):

I used this on the window with the most sunlight and the sun didn’t get in. I used old curtains for the second layer and car sunshades for the third layer to block the noisy screams outside. Layering helps absorb heat. Today was a record-breaking heat where I live and I put curtains on the hottest windows in the hottest rooms. Advice for people in my situation, if you don’t care about the look of the windows, use car sun visors, they help block the light. The curtains look good for tier 3, but not what I would call stunning.

As for the heat, my room is poorly insulated, so I’m ready to reuse water bottles with sinks and freeze them so I can put something cold on me to deal with the heat. There is no air conditioning for the time being.

I’m a light sleeper and have to close the windows to be quiet, hoping these curtains will let in fresh air from time to time, but for me they’re pretty ineffective at noise reduction.

So i didn’t get these floor to ceiling as they are in my toddlers room so got 60 something length im sure they would work way better full length and with the wrap around curtain rods.thwy are very heavy just a heads up

1st picture is with the curtain open no light on in the room but flash from my phone(white one are the ones being reviewed)
2nd is curtains closed with flash
3rd is curtains shut no lights no flash
4th is with the curtains and the teal shut no lights no flash.

I had these curtains for over 2 weeks before reviewing and during that time was 4th of july it helped with the fireworks. Works with the 3 yappy dogs across the street and the crows that sit out front in the morning.

Placed them on my baby room. Really makes the room look darker. Helps my baby sleep longer. For tastes, they just look average. They work great!

      Reduces outside noise
Bought these for the noise reduction functionality and it works! Doesn’t eliminate the noise completely, but there’s a noticeable enough difference and I slept through the night for the first time since moving into this space.

Also helps that the curtain does a great job blocking out light as well.

Very happy with this purchase. Will probably want more of these for other rooms.

My neighbor recommended them. After seeing the great quality I decided that they were perfect for my bedroom and hopefully they will work to block out noisy cars and motorcycles.

The lining of this curtain is black, so it looks strange from the outside of the house. The white part is of good quality. It seems heavy enough to block noise but they haven’t worked in my situation….a shared door (not used) between 2 offices. Can still hear voices from the other side of the door. They may be slightly muffled, but not by much. They look good though.

I like these curtains because they really do block out the light and are super durable being able to be laundered and ironed. I ordered these in white and they have black on the side that faces the window so it is still blocking white while staying to a true white curtain. I will be returning and asking for a new set.

Great blackout curtains! So the doorway to our master bath has no door. We rent… so… I couldn’t go about installing a door. I ordered a heavy duty springy curtain rod and ordered these curtains. I installed them as soon as they arrived. They do not let any light from the bathroom windows in at all! My husband gets up around 4am to go to work and I am usually woken up by the sounds he makes in the bathroom… peeing, washing teeth, etc… I wasn’t wake up this morning till he came in to say he was leaving. Now, last night I couldn’d hear everything, much muted. So I gave it 5 stars because of that . Overall, I am happy with my order!
